+ Suggested Pace (Options: Slow, Normal, Fast, Varies)
- This indicates the suggested pace or speed for the position. Some positions are recommended at a defined pace/speed where others should be dictated by the mood of the participants.
+ Effort Involved (Options: Male, Female, Both)
- This explains the efforts that may be required from the participants. At the end of the day, chemistry between the participants is necessary to achieve an optimal level of intimacy; nevertheless, some positions require more effort from one partner than the others whereas some need effort from both.
+ Recommended Duration (Options: Short, Medium, Lasting)
